Kentucky Lottery said in a Friday news release a lucky lady unexpectedly won $150,000. On Wednesday fortun woman bought a “Red Cherry Tripler Game” scratch-off ticket for $10. When she was in her car she scratched her ticket, it was dark in the car, so she thought it was only $150 winning. But when she reached her home she checked her ticket in the light, then she saw two red triple cherry symbols.

According to the game rules when double cherries appear on the ticket then it means cherries multiply the prizes by 3, so her prize became $120,000 from $20,000. After that she matched a red number which also doubled the adjacent prize of $15,000 to $30,000, like this, she won a total of $150,000.

The next day woman went to the Kentucky Lottery headquarters there she scanned her ticket and got the $1250,000 cheque. About the lady’s joy, Kentucky Lottery said she jumped up and down and her celebration echoed throughout the lobby.

Kentucky Lottery said because of her noise Kentucky Lottery employees came out to see what happened to her. So she told them “I’ve got happy tears, I’m so excited, I can’t contain it.” When she was going back home she said she would buy a new vehicle.

This lucky ticket was sold at Speedway on Arthur Street in Louisville so the store clerk will get a bonus of $1,500 or the selling of this winning ticket.
